Why: Serious human rights violations and extra judicial killings are taking place in Baluchistan in Pakistan and Iran.

Baluchistan has the dubious distinction of being one of the richest lands with the poorest peoples on earth today. Texas-sized, the land is divided among Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan.
