Dear All,
As we all have, so for, witnessed and are witnessing,
that despite the concerns and frequent request from
Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), Amnesty
International and other human right groups and the
ongoing Protests and hunger strikes in all over
Balochistan, for the release of Dr. Allah Nazar, Ali
Asghar Bangulzai, Abdul Nabi Bangulzai, Ali Nawaz,
Akhtar Nadeem, Hafiz Saeed, Abid Saleh, Zahid Saleh
and other illegal detainees, Pakistan have arrogantly
shown to ignore the just demands of Baloch people and
are in constant refusal to let Dr. Allah Nazar and
other illegal detainees go or have access to urgent
medical treatment that they desperately needs.
These illegal arrests, kidnappings, detentions and
tortures of Baloch people by Pakistani Government have
created a sense of insecurity among Baloch people in
their own homeland and are causing unrest and hatred
towards the State in all over Balochistan. As the
human right violations continues, the BSO's top
leadership, Chairman Dr. Imdad Baloch, have started
hunger strike till death in front of Karachi Press
Club against these injustices, illegal detentions and
tortures. This will, not only, increase the hatred
towards Pakistan and tension between Baloch people and
Pakistani state, but it will lead to a point where the
confrontation between Baloch and the Pakistani state
seems inevitable, which might results the 5th Military
operation in Balochistan, resulting loss of life and
properties, and that is exactly what Pakistan is
looking for to have or create a reason to launch
another military operation against the defenseless
Baloch people in Balochistan, to quell their peaceful
struggle for their just rights.
The refusals to release the Baloch illegal detainees
is a typical example of an occupying force and are
acts of crimes against Pakistani constitutional
provisions and all international human right laws. The
Baloch People in Balochistan are asking the world
community, United Nation and the Human Right
Organizations,
" How long Baloch people have to suffer more? How
long more we have to be tortured in the hands of
Pakistani military dictators? When the human right
violations against Baloch people in Balochistan ends?
And when the Pakistani tyranny against our people will
end?"
Baloch Society Of North America strongly condemn the
Pakistan’s arrogant anti-Baloch policies, illegal
detentions and torture of Dr. Allah Nazar, Goher
Baloch, Akhtar Nadeem, Jan Mohd Marri, Ali Asghar and
all other detainees and demands their immediate
release. BSO-NA stands by with their brothers and
sisters in Balochistan on their on going protests and
huger strikes for the release of these Political
activist and we ask the international community to
please intervene and help to stop these human right
violations and abuses in Balochistan before it is too
late.
