Speaking at a press conference here in Karachi Press Club, Dr. Imdad Baloch, Chairman Baloch students Organization BSO (Muttahida), pledged to sit on hunger strike unto death from today, on 3rd October 2005 against the arrests, abductions and illegal detention of the Baloch political workers. After speaking the journalists at the conference, Dr. Baloch formally sat on hunger strike in front of the Karachi Press Club, being accompanied by a number of young comrades of BSO.

His demand is to release all the Baloch political/student workers/leaders including Dr. Allah Nazar, Comrade Abdul Nabi Bangulzai, Ali Nawaz, Akhtar Nadeem, Ali Asghar Bangulzai, Hafiz Saeed ur Rehman, Abid Saleh, Zahid Saleh and many others. He also said that Saeed Yousuf, Secretary General BSO would continue the hunger strike after his martyrdom.

 

Chairman of BSO was one of the Baloch who was  Kidnapped  by  ISI on 24rd march 2005 with Dr Allah Nazar and other 5 central  leaders of Baloch Students Organization Dr Imdad and 3 members were produced in DI Khan Punjab after two months and Dr Allah Nazar and his two friends are Produced after 5 moths from Sadiq Abad Punjab and they are still in a military jail.

 would like to bring your attention to the
deteriorating condition of torture Victim, Dr. Allah Nazar Baloch, Whose life is in great danger in Pakistani
custody, in Quetta, Balochistan. According to the reports from Human Rights Commission of Pakistan
(HRCP)and Amnesty International, his half of the body is paralyzed due to torture, electric shocks, and
degrading inhuman treatment by Pakistani authorities, and he is unable to speak or recognize his family
members or friends, and needs urgent medical treatment to save his life.
