Latest News of Balochistan

We are pleased to release the latest news received from various
cities and towns of Balochistan.
Quetta is in the grp of heavy demonstrations since yesterday.There
have happened clashes between Police and FC men in various localities
of Quetta city. The demonstrating crowd burned more than Six Police
and army vehicles. Balochistan University and Bholan Medical college
was the secenes of armed clashes between security forces and Ba;och
students, several Baloch students were wounded. The entire city was
closed. More than 600 demstrators were arrested by security forces to
calm down voilence; but Government has failed to maintain law & order
in the city.
Mastung: The entire city was close. People demonstrated against the
Government and shouted slogans against Musharraf and Jam Yousif.
There happened many clashes between Police and demonstrators.
Several persons were detained by police.
Khuzdar: There happened voilent clashes in between Baloch and law
enforcing authorities. Government office were burnt. Many Baloch youth
were arrested. The entire town was disturbed and many government vehicles
were burnt. The have chanted slogans of REVENG from Musharraf and
his stooges.
Mand: There have been serious clashes among Baloch citizens and FC forces.
Zubaida Jalal office was attacked and burnt. Two Buses belonging to
Zubaida Jalal were also burnt. The Zobaida Jalal road leading to Mand is
closed by BLF forces
for all kinds of tarffic. Since this morning there had been armed clashes
between
Baloch and government forces. BLF warriors wre besieged the army camp at
Mand
and attacked it with medium range arms.
Government have launched a search and arrest campaign in Mand town.The
entire area has been handed over to army. Till this evening more than 200
innocent
citizens were detained.
Turbat: The city of Turbat is closed. There have been demonstration in
various
sector of the cities. Government offices were closed; which attacked by
Baloch
students and other citizens. The angry demonstrators burnt the Office
National Party.The sitiuation is very tense. Several persons were reported
detained.
Gwade: Since morning the Gwader town is completely under the control of
Baloch.
The demonstrators burned down various government office and also burnt two
Banks. The protestors attacked the National Bank and occupied for several
hours and
plundered and burnt its records.
There have been clashes in between Paki Army, FC and Police with Baloch.
In
these clashes. As per report received from Gwader as a result of clashes between
Baloch and government forces 16 army men were killed and wounded, 12 F.C
men
were as well among the killed and wounded; whare as 11 Baloch were killed
and
wounded; a few of them were serious.
There was report of a Bomb Blast in the Gwader town at mid-day today
Monday.
Pasni: There have happened several clashed between the Baloch
demonstrators and
government security men this morning. The town of Pasni was completely
under the control of Baloch commandos till this after noon. Later on army
was ordered to
arrest each and every moving article. At sunset the security men have
arrested more than 40 Baloch in Pasni.
As per report received from Pasni; the ISI & MI Officials have informed
their HQ in
Rawalpindi that they the entire situation of Balochistan is out of their
control.
