You and your Afghan friends will remain in a quagmire for ever in Afghanistan, Central Asia and the Gulf region as long as the Punjabi-Urdu speaking Military-Mulla-Bureaucratic Complex rules in Islamabad. Get rid of this Satanic Complex, and your victory in Afghanistan, Central Asia and South Asia cum the Gulf region will be consolidated in a short period.
Question: How can it be done?
Answer: Help Pakistan disintegrate. (Stop your all kinds of support for Islamabad tyrannical regime and warn China not to interfere, and it will disintegrate automatically.) Allow the emergence of the four Free Republics of United Balochistan, Sindh, Saraikia, and United Pashtunistan which may form a pro-USA, pro-India confederation, leaving the remaining Punjab to be the last Pakistan to behave or to be 'taken care of' by India from Amritsar. After all, it was a Sikh-ruled territory before the British took over this part of the sub-continent in the mid-19th century. Believe me ... this is exactly what is going to happen, sooner or later. Don't miss the train and the company of Indians, Japanese and perhaps, the Omanese!!!.
Well, if it is too much undiplomatic for you at this point of time, there is another option: Ask your (and my) President, George W. Bush to pick up the telephone, call General Mush, and tell him the following (such a call worked just after 9/11. It will work now also if made with the same firmness and clarity!) :
"Dear Mush, you have been making all kinds of 'constitutional' changes at will. Now do this:
1. Create a new Saraiki suba (province/state) as a federal unit, comprising about half or one third of the existing Pakistani Punjab province and some areas now in the NWFP. That is what the Saraikis want. In case of a needed referendum within the Saraiki or semi-Saraiki regions for the creation of such a Saraiki suba, only those who (or whose parents or grand parents ) lived in the area before Pakistan was created will have the right to vote.
2. Arrange a referendum in the historically Pashtun majority areas now dumped on Balochistan (and being used by the Taliban and other Islamic extremists against America and also being used by the Punjabi-Urdu speaking tyrants to disturb Baloch-Pushtun relations) asking the bona fide citizens of this area to either join other Pashtun majority areas (NWFP etc.) to form a single Pashtun majority province/federal unit with the name of their choice (Pashtunistan, Pakhtunkhawa, Afghania ...) .... or create a new/second Pashtun majority province within Pakistan with the name of their choice.
3. Keep Sindh untouched. Thus there will be five or six federating units.
4. Arrange elections for a new Constiuent Assembly of Pakistan. Only the locals who lived in the five or six federating units before Pakistan was created --- or their progeny including the diaspora (such) Baloch, Sindhis, Saraikis, Punjabis, and Pashtuns --- will have the right to vote for the representation of their respective province in such a Constituent Assembly. This constituent assembly will have 10, 15, or 20 elected members from each federating unit, namely Balochistan, Sindh, Saraikia/Saraikistan, Punjab, Pashtunistan (and Pakhtunkhawa if the Pashtun region now dumped on Balochistan decides to form a second Pashtun majority suba. Remember that the number of representatives of each of these five or six federating units will be the same in this Constituent Assembly.
5. The Constituent Assembly elected thus will make the new constitution of Pakistan within six months after the election, and general elections according to the new constitution will be held within six months thereafter. The approval of 75% of members from each federating unit will be necessary for the approval of each clause of the new constitution.
6. Such a Constituent Assembly will nominate interim central/federal and provincial governments until the results of the general elections are announced and new governments are formed according to the new constitution.
7. If a consensus constitution to remain in a country called Pakistan
can not be made, let those go free who want to go free .. the way we Americans
did in the late 18th century, although we and our tyrants belonged to the same
race, color and creed; even most of us spoke the same language, English. Yet we
decided to have a separate nation state. Our next door neighbors, the Canadians,
also mostly of the same race, color, creed and language, decided NOT TO BE A
PART OF THE USA. They decided to have their own separate state. So, don't repeat
the BS that all the peoples occupied by your armies are Muslim and live in the
same general region. Please, let the Baloch, Sindhis, Saraikis and Pashtuns go
free. This is their God-given right. LET ME BE CLEAR: I CAN NOT CONTINUE
SUPPORTING TYRANNY IN THE MUSLIM WORLD WHILE TALKING OF DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN
RIGHTS FOR THE MUSLIM WORLD. ...... AM I BEING CLEAR, PARVIE?"
